Is there parking available at the venue?

There is a public parking lot across the street, so it's a quick walk! There is also a separate handicap parking lot that allows easier access to the ceremony area. There will be parking attendants if you have any questions.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

We recommend arriving by at least 3:50pm (ceremony begins at 4pm) to allow enough time to be seated and settle in before the proceedings. *If you take the bus from the hotel, you will arrive around 3:45pm.*

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather dependent. If needed, it can be moved inside.

How do I get to the venue? Will transportation be provided?

Address: 201 N Major St, Eureka, IL 61530The venue is about 25 minutes away from the East Peoria area &amp; hotel.If you're staying at the hotel, we will have a bus providing transportation to and from the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-FormalThink: What would you wear to an upscale restaurant?Men: Suit jacket/sports coat (optional), tie (optional), button up shirt, dress pants, dress shoes. Avoid jeans.Women: Mid -length or long dress, dressy jumpsuit, dressy top and trousers, heels or flats.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we've included on your invitation. Please reach out to us with any questions.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders.

A shuttle will be provided to take you to the venue and back! The venue is 25 minutes from East Peoria, so if you dont want to drive, sign up for the shuttle! **Please use the RSVP tab to reserve your spot!** GETTING THERE The shuttle will leave from Holiday Inn Hotel at 3:15pm (ceremony begins at 4pm). GETTING BACK The shuttle will provide multiple return trips to the hotel at 9pm & 11pm.
